Paint and relax

Girona is a beautiful town, both modern and medieval with a beautiful city centre. Everything is paintable, it’s easy to move around, and there are plenty of bars, caffés and corners where to get lost, as if you were miles away from a city, and yet you’re only 10 minutes walk from your hotel. The gardens behind the Cathedral and behind the city walls make you feel in the nature and as part of another time. We will be staying at Hotel Peninsular Hotel Peninsular *** Girona – Hotel Peninsular in the very centre of Girona, literally 5-min walk from Independence square that Alvaro and Joseph have painted many times and from the old Jewish quarter as well as the shopping centre with too many beautiful shops.

Two painting excursions to highly inspirational venues

Magical Cadaqués and quaint Calella de Palafrugell
